I’m not Catholic, but I like to give myself a good challenge and give a few things up for Lent each year. I’m thinking about giving up Starbucks and processed foods.
Why? Because I would probably be rich if I didn’t have Starbucks every morning (well $20/week richer), and maybe I’d get skinny/healthy if I gave up processed foods.
Do you think this is a good idea? IF I do this, do you have recipes to share so that I don’t starve (I don’t really eat salads and sadly that’s what I think about when I think of unprocessed foods).
So, offer up food suggestions please.
