Let me start off by saying, if there is a Color Run in your city, sign up NOW!  What is better than a little morning exercise where you start off all bland and white and are turn into a beautiful little running rainbow? Absolutely nothing! Sign up!!

(P.S. there may not have been as much running as I had anticipated as there was a bit of a traffic jam at every color zone. It was still absolutely fabulous, but to all those “serious” runners, do not plan on this being some sort of workout. )
